Refund policy

Consumer Contracts Regulations give you the right to cancel your order within 14 days after delivery.

If you decide to return, the item must be returned within 14 days from date of notification, you are responsible for the costs of carriage and of insuring the goods in transit. The item must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. When we receive the item you will be issued with a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days.

Items can also be returned up to 30 days only if the following criteria apply:

1. Item damaged in transit only if reported to us within 24hrs of delivery.

2. Item is not as described in the listing, not including Item damaged in transit.

Return postal costs are the responsability of the buyer unless otherwise agreed by us and refunds will only be issued once the item has been returned to us.
