Sapphire and diamond ring Central oval sapphire with a diamond each side. The sapphire measures 4mm wide by 5mm deep. The diamonds are brilliant cut and total approx .20ct. Makers mark ST - I believe this is for Stephen Tyler The hallmarks are for london 1989. UK Size N American size 13/53 9ct gold with platinum setting.
