Antique Late Victoria Majolica Platter The design is a basket weave outer border with a green inset and a dark blue ridged design with yellow edging. I believe these are supposed to be curtain swags with the yellow being the fringe design. No makers marks. Oval in shape It measures 32 ½ cm (13 inches) from handle to handle. In the centre diameter measures 26cm (10 ¼ inches) Looking over the item there are two small losses of glaze on the same handle and a small vertical chip to the rim of the foot as shown in the photos.
