Antique Postal Scales by Sampson Mordan & Co
Date Circa 1900/1910
Brass mounts on an oval wooden base with set of weights
Weights are possibly not original to the item but fit well.
There is an aperture to the front that the weights nest in.
The frame is stamped S Mordan & Co on one side of the arm and London on the other.
The base measures 20cm by 13cm. 
It stands 8cm tall.
