The British 30mm ADEN (Armament Development, Enfield) Practice round is a non-explosive training projectile used in the ADEN revolver cannon, which was standard on many post-WWII RAF aircraft like the Hawker Hunter and Harrier.
The projectile is marked RG 83 and the bottom of the shell case has various markings around the circumference.
