Inert Cold-War Era Soviet F1 Hand Grenade.

The Soviet F1 hand grenade is an anti-personnel fragmentation grenade. 

It was based on the French F1 grenade and contained a 60 gram explosive charge (TNT).

Due to its shape, it is nicknamed the “limonka” (lemon-like), similar to the American M26 “lemon grenade”.

This particular deactivated F1 hand grenade is complete with internal moving parts and is sprung. The safety lever is stamped /83 and UZRGM irv.

This hand grenade is in a good condition with no significant damage, just some loss of finish.
