This is the Kuwait Liberation Medal awarded by the Government of Saudi Arabia.
It was presented to all Allied personnel who took part in the campaign for the liberation of Kuwait during the Gulf War.
The medal was instituted by King Fahd ibn Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia for service between January 17, 1991, and February 28, 1991.
The design features a fifteen-pointed silver star, surmounted by a gilt medallion with a wreath and crown.
The ribbon bears the colours of the Saudi Arabian flag: red, white, green, and black.
In an excellent condition.
