Original WWII Scottish Borderers Fund Charity Stick Pin

A World War II era charity fundraising stick pin, sold to benefit the Scottish Borderers Fund.

Features a beautifully detailed, scrolling banner which reads: “AND THE GREATEST OF THESE IS CHARITY” (1 Corinthians 13:13).

Set over a clean, stylised Scottish St. Andrew's Cross (X).

Authentic wartime construction with the pin stem securely soldered to a flat circular mounting plate.

Features the distinct knurled/twisted section in the middle of the stem designed to keep the pin firmly gripped to clothing.

Unmarked, as is typical for these mass-produced home front fundraising pieces.

In a very good vintage condition with a beautiful natural, uncleaned age patina.
