A pair of Large Royal Doulton Double Gourd Vases Art Nouveau design They measures 36cm tall Diameter across the top edge to edge is 7cm. The diameter across the bottom is 10.cm. Decorated in mottled brown and the neck turning to a mottled green for the rest of the body. There are 4 Art Nouveau inverted heart and band floral panels around the body Fully stamped with the Doulton Lambeth mark/stamp. There is also an artist mark of MB shown in the photos and I believe this are for Maud Bowden. Maud Bowden was with Doulton from 1903 through to 1937. There is a factory fault to the foot of one of the vases which has been glazed over and I have taken a picture of this as part of the full disclosure. No chips cracks or crazing. Lovely items.
