Queen’s Own Rifles of Canada Cap Badge – Post-1953 Queen's Crown Pattern – J.R. Gaunt B’Ham

This is an original Queen’s Own Rifles of Canada Cap Badge.

The badge is the post 1953 Queen's Crown Pattern (QEII) and is struck in a white-metal finish with a crisp, central frosted numeral "2" inset against an oval band reading "Queen’s Own Rifles of Canada".

The entire insignia is superimposed over a highly detailed Canadian maple leaf.

The lower scroll is clearly struck with the regiment's traditional Latin motto: "IN PACE PARATUS" (In Peace Prepared).

This badge is in a very good condition. 

White Metal with slider to the rear.

The slider is clearly marked with the manufacturer "J.R. Gaunt B’Ham".
