Silver collared four column waisted glug glug Decanter. It stands 18cm tall without the stopper. Star cut base Start cut stopper The hallmarks are CJ?, Lion Passant, Chester shield, capital letter Q. I believe these are for Chester 1899. Although part of the makers mark is rubbed it does look like it could be Charles Fox & Co. No chips or cracks. Lovely item.
