Solid Silver Art Nouveau picture frame. Easel style It stands 18.5cm tall by 13cm wide. Picture size is 14.5cm by 9.5cm Pierced decoratio nwith birds, scrolls and flora. There do not appear to be any losses to the silver. There is a very small dent to the blank shield The hallmarks are G&S.Co Ltd Ld, Lion Passant, Chester Shield, Capital letter R. . I believe these are for Chester 1900. I have been unable to ascertain who the maker is. The back panel has slightly warped and therefore a little loose. It would benefit from another clip to two. All items that I sell are used unless specified to the contrary and will therefore have ware indicative of age and use.
Photographs are of the actual item and do form part of description in the event that I have missed something in the main part of the item specifics.
