It has a 4 section ring to hold the pins in place and a velvet covered base.
The hallmarks are Anchor, Lion Passant, small letter g
I believe these are for Birmingham1906
The makers mark is G V & co who I believe are Gourdel Vales & Co.
There are a few knocks around the base but otherwise in good order
