 This is an unusual WW2 7 medal group.

Unusual in the fact that they are named.

Unlike previous campaign medals, British WW2 medals were generally unnamed however after the war the Boots chemists chain offered a naming services and these medals are known as "Boots Named" medals.

These medals were awarded to P/JX 141715 Leading Seaman G. Addinall of the Royal Navy.

**Atlantic Star**

**Africa Star**

(with original North Africa 1942–43 clasp)  

**Burma Star**

**Italy Star**

**Defence Medal**

 **War Medal 1939–1945**

The medals and ribbons are in a good uncleaned condition  and are nicely engraved to the rear of the stars and to the rims of the others.

They are court-mounted on a 7space brooch pin.
