WMF Claret/Wine Jug It stands 31.5cm tall. It is marked on underside as shown in the photos. The silver plate is a bit rubbed in places around lid and and high parts again which I have tried to show in the photos. There is a motto in a ribbon going aroung the body which reads "Frölic gemüt und edler ein mögen hier oft beisammen sein". Translated I believe this reads "happy spirits and noble people often come together here". This is truly a lovely item All items that I sell are used unless specified to the contrary and will therefore have ware indicative of age and use.
