WMF Inkwell. The pattern number is 224K It measures 21cm by 14cm for the base and It is 4cm tall It does not have it's square glass liner.. The marks are on the back - I have taken a photo of these. The plating is rubbed in places. Shown on page 286 of the 1906 catalogued called Art Nouveau Domestic Metalwork from Wurttembergische Metallwaren Fabrik.
