WW2 British 1937 Pattern Webbing Pistol Ammo Pouch - 1943 Dated (M.W.&S. Ltd)

An original, wartime-dated British Army 1937 Pattern Webbing Pistol Ammunition Pouch in good used condition.

Specifically manufactured to carry 12 loose rounds of .38 service revolver ammunition for the Webley or Enfield pistols.

The markings to the inside of the flap are faded and hard to read but we believe they show the manufacturer as M. Wright & Sons Ltd (M.W.&S. Ltd) and dated 1943.

Solid, field-worn condition with excellent structural integrity.

The canvas weave is tight with minimal fraying, showing authentic patina and light aging as expected of a genuine combat piece.

No rot or heavy staining.

The press-stud snaps shut firmly.
