WW2 British Royal Marines OR's Brass Cap Badge

An original World War II era British Royal Marines Other Ranks brass cap badge. 

This iconic "Globe and Laurel" insignia features the striking Tudor Crown (King's Crown) beneath the royal lion statant guardant, dating its manufacture and service directly to the reign of King George VI.

In a very good vintage condition with a beautiful natural, uncleaned age patina.

The brass highlights exhibit a rich golden tone.

The structure remains perfectly rigid and both attachment loops are firmly intact and straight.
